Our Story
For over 34 years Joe Carreno of The Retirement Advantage, has helped individuals and small businesses navigate the employee benefits and retirement planning arena, specializing in the Federal Employee Retirement System benefits (FERS) as an independent advocate. He is a Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF), and a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC).
As the author of “FERS Connect,” Joe will help you gain greater knowledge of your FERS benefits. This book will assist you in planning and putting together the pieces of your retirement puzzle specific to your FERS benefits as they pertain to:
